Our courteous staff is available from 9 am to 5:30 pm (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Thursday and 9 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on Friday to answer your questions and take your orders. At all other times you may place an order or contact us by leaving a voice message on our answering machine. We will return your call as soon as possible.

You can place your order anytime 24/7 at http://www.23skin.com All online purchases must be with a valid credit card or through Paypal. Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discovery are accepted. Please have your card number and expiration date ready. Add-ons to the order are allowed on the same day the original order is placed.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping and handling costs are determined by your order total. Some items may bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. Your order will be shipped by standard ground delivery (via the United States Postal Service) unless you have requested 2-day or overnight service. In the United States, on orders shipped standard ground delivery, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days of your order for in-stock items. If you would like 2-day or overnight delivery, please choose this option when you place your order online, or if you are calling in, please let the Customer Service representative know your shipping preference. In the event merchandise must be re-shipped, original and re-shipment charges must be paid for by the customer.

TAXES

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain states and as otherwise required by law. If sales tax applies, it will be added to your order when you check out. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states.

BACKORDERS/SOLD OUT ITEMS

Although we make every effort to ship your order in its entirety, occasionally we will be sold out of certain items. All backordered/sold out items will be automatically shipped as soon as they are in stock. You do not need to reorder.

ERRORS OR PROBLEMS

If you experience any problems placing an order, have not received your order, or wish to check on the status of your order please call us toll free at  (800) 978-5006 and ask for a Customer Service representative.

IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM YOU DID NOT ORDER

If you have received the wrong merchandise, please contact us within five (5) business days of receipt of the order. We will issue a call tag to pick up the merchandise. The correct merchandise will be sent to you immediately.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE  POLICY

We stand behind our products and we are confident that you will be satisfied with them. However, if you would like to return or exchange a product purchased through 23skin.com, you may return it to us in accordance with the return policies set forth below. These policies apply only to products purchased from and fulfilled by 23skin.com,

RETURN POLICY FOR CONSUMERS

If you are a Consumer, you may return or exchange any product within thirty (30) days of your receipt of said product/s.

Please place the returned item/s in a package along with a letter stating that the product is being returned. Please provide the following information:

  1. Name & Credit Card number

  2. Whether you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund

  3. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what you would like to exchange the product for

  4. A copy of the Invoice, or if you are returning or exchanging a gift, please indicate that it is a gift return

Please be aware that the shipping costs of the returned item are not refundable.

We will process your return upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. We will also send you an email to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Only products purchased online at 23skin.com may be returned.

If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item that you return, you will not receive a cash refund for the amount of the gift certificate. However, the amount of the gift certificate will be returned to your account for use towards future qualifying purchases provided that the gift certificate has not expired. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. However, any unexpired promotional funds used on the order will be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. If your item has been damaged in shipment please contact us immediately at info@23skin.com or (800) 978-5006. Please have available your order number. Be sure to leave the damaged goods in the original shipping cartons as an inspection by the carrier may be necessary.
