YOU WILL NEED:
2 tbsp. Seaweed Powder
2 tbsp. Sea Salt
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Drop of Essential Oil (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Massage all over body paying special attention to areas of concern including elbows, hands, knees, feet, back and buttocks. Rinse off in shower.
If mix consistency is too thin, add more Seaweed Powder, if too thick add a little spring water. Don’t be afraid to experiment!
