Please have your card number and expiration date ready. Add-ons to the order are allowed on the same day the original order is placed.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and handling costs are determined by your order total. Some items may bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. Your order will be shipped by standard ground delivery (via the United States Postal Service) unless you have requested 2-day or overnight service. In the United States, on orders shipped standard ground delivery, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days of your order for in-stock items. If you would like 2-day or overnight delivery, please choose this option when you place your order online, or if you are calling in, please let the Customer Service representative know your shipping preference. In the event merchandise must be re-shipped, original and re-shipment charges must be paid for by the customer.

BACKORDERS/SOLD OUT ITEMS
Although we make every effort to ship your order in its entirety, occasionally we will be sold out of certain items. All backordered/sold out items will be automatically shipped as soon as they are in stock. You do not need to reorder.

IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM YOU DID NOT ORDER
If you have received the wrong merchandise, please contact us within five (5) business days of receipt of the order. We will issue a call tag to pick up the merchandise. The correct merchandise will be sent to you immediately.
